How do I share a list?
A view-only link and member permissions give different access.
Privacy and visibility
Understand links, member access and Surprise mode.
How it works
Account list members can also see notes and savings according to their permissions. A web link shows a restricted preview. Friendship by itself never grants private-list access.
Anyone who receives a forwarded link can view it until the owner revokes it. Search-engine no-index instructions are not an access control. Revoking a link does not erase screenshots or copies that recipients already saved.
Surprise mode hides reservation statuses on the server from the owner and list members. Gift-giver names and account IDs are not disclosed. It cannot prevent someone using another account or learning about gifts outside WANTELIO.
