How do I share a list?
A view-only link and member permissions give different access.
How it works
Only the owner of an account list can create its viewing link. Anyone with the link can see the chosen name, active wish titles, prices, priorities, product links, photos and variants. Private notes and savings are not shown.
Open Lists and your account list, then Sharing and gifts. Enter the name viewers should see, choose Anyone with the link or Public, check Surprise mode, then save and create a link. Copy or send the link yourself. Reading help or opening settings does not publish anything.
Revoking a web link stops that previous link from showing the list. Member access in the app is separate and remains. Check which type of access you intend to change.
